She was brought up as a lone youngster brought up in Bangalore. Meghana made her acting introduction as a theater craftsman and worked with her dad Sunder in the play Jokumaraswamy.

Probably the earliest post that Meghana transferred to her Instagram account was on May 24, 2015. In 2018, she was given a role as Poorvi in the Kannada language film Iruvudellava Bittu for which she had won a Karnataka State Film Award for “Best Actress”. Starting at 2022, Meghana was been highlighted as an adjudicator on Dancing Champion.
